Ouch! So sorry! If you have any old-fashioned soap made with lye (hard to find nowadays), you can try putting it on there and see if it helps dry them up.
Try eating more things with vitamin B (specifically B1, thiamine) or take a supplement, because mosquitoes don't like it. (Fish, brown rice, brewer's yeast, blackstrap molasses, wheat germ.)
Try to find a lotion with tea tree oil to put on it, or calendula ointment.
